Remember the April visit of the “Wola” Cultural Center from Warsaw (WCK) to our Foundation’s headquarters in Rome? We wrote about it here. Our collaboration is gaining momentum. This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming WCK’s President, Krzysztof Mikołajewski, along with Vice President Mariusz Krasuski.
On Wednesday, August 13, at our office near the Vatican, the WCK leadership met with our Foundation’s administrator, Monsignor Dariusz Giers, and Fr. Tomasz Podlewski, Director of our Media & Events Office. Later, near the Church of St. Stanislaus B&M in Rome, they held an important meeting with our Foundation’s Chairman, Monsignor Paweł Ptasznik.
During both meetings, we discussed joint initiatives in the fields of culture, education, social dialogue, and the promotion of values among young people. These areas represent not only statutory goals for both institutions but also a shared and genuine concern.
The visit was highly productive. As a result, we are planning concrete collaborative projects in the near future—both in Rome and Warsaw. Our institutions, including the
Pilgrim House and the
Center for Documentation and Research of the Pontificate of John Paul II, will play a key role in these efforts. Stay tuned!
The visit took place as part of the
Erasmus+ program.
